A document declaring temporary sea territory limitations published by the Chittagong Port Authority appears to indicate that the USS Fitzgerald was in Chittagong to do more than just a goodwill visit. Since this vessel is a recipient of advanced augmented reality systems, the lack of clarity surrounding the purposes of the visit is intriguing to say the least.
